We have been delivering mail in the Netherlands for over 225 years. It is a responsibility we are proud of. Each item of mail and mailbox package follows a carefully planned route, so we are able to deliver them on time and to the right place.
Mail for everyone
Everyone should be able to receive mail in the Netherlands. This is mandated by law and is arranged through the Universal Postal Service (UPD). We carry out the UPD on behalf of the government. This means, among other things, that we:
- Collect, sort, and deliver mail 5 days a week.
- Collect and send medical and funeral mail 6 days a week.
- Ensure that everyone has a mailbox and a PostNL point nearby.
- Must deliver at least 95% of UPD mail the next day.

We deliver and provide services for consumers and business customers in the Benelux. With our logistics solutions, we take care of everything for online stores related to sending a package.
