Special moment: PostNL says goodbye to CEO Herna Verhagen
Den Haag, 14 April 2025 – Herna Verhagen, CEO of PostNL, will be saying goodbye on 15 April and will then hand over to her successor Pim Berendsen. PostNL would like to thank Herna for her great work as CEO over the past 13 years and the direction she has given PostNL. Herna Verhagen looks back on her work at PostNL: “After working at PostNL for 34 years, the last 13 of which as CEO, I am now saying goodbye. PostNL has always been more than just an employer for me. It has become a large part of my life. Our people are the driving force behind PostNL's success, and I am grateful that I have been able to work with so many committed colleagues. I am confidently handing it over to Pim Berendsen, who has been working at PostNL for a long time, the last 7 years as CFO on the board. Pim brings a lot of knowledge and experience . He has a clear vision and the qualities to allow PostNL to continue to grow. For me, 2025 will be a year of personal change. It is time to think about a new phase in my working life. I look back on this wonderful time with pride and gratitude and would like to thank everyone for that.”
