PostNL appoints Jennifer Crites as Chief Information Officer
The Hague, the Netherlands, 2 June 2022 – PostNL today announced that it has appointed Jennifer Crites as Chief Information Officer (CIO), a role she previously held on ad interim basis at AkzoNobel. As CIO, she will also become a member of PostNL’s Executive Committee. Jennifer Crites succeeds Marcel Krom, whose departure from PostNL on 1 September 2022 was previously announced.

Between 2000 and 2013, Jennifer Crites (1974, US national), worked in various business and IT roles at Procter & Gamble. She came to the Netherlands to join FrieslandCampina in 2013 as Director of IT Corporate & Support and also worked as Director of IT at Hunkemöller. At AkzoNobel, she was Director of IT in the Office of the CIO before working as acting CIO. In that role, she led the process to define the IT organisation strategy, positioning IT as the digital catalyst for the company’s businesses.
