    No account yet? Create a free Mijn PostNL account. It will make you an instant business customer with us.

    Register your parcel

    Via your Mijn PostNL account or our API, register your parcel for shipment. This will ensure that you always use the right shipping label with barcode.

    Choose your additional services

    Want to send only with track & trace? Or do you choose extra security? Easily select what you need for each parcel.

    Destination inside or outside the EU?

    Are you sending goods to a country outside the European Union? When you prepare the shipment in the 'Parcels & Freight module' in Mijn PostNL, you must also complete a customs form. Make sure you fully and truthfully complete the form. This will prevent unnecessary delays.

    Print your shipping label and customs form if required

    In Mijn PostNL, the correct customs forms are automatically created for you. Looking for more convenience? Link your Mijn PostNL account to your webshop. Your shipping labels will also be automatically created for you.

    Ready for sending

    Drop off your parcel at a PostNL point or have it collected by our pick up service.

What does it cost to send a business parcel?

The cost depends on the destination, the format and the number of parcels. The more parcels you send, the more discount you receive based on your contract. A contract is already worthwhile if you send more than 100 parcels a year.
