The NL crypto stamps will be sent out after 10 October. Even if you ordered your crypto stamp as a subscriber during pre-subscription or as a whitelist winner. They are packed and shipped in batches of up to 10 units at a time. If you ordered 25, for example, then they will be sent to you in three separate shipments.
Order your NL crypto stamp through our official website only. The real NL crypto stamp contains an encrypted NFC chip. You can read it using your smartphone to check that it’s genuine.
Yes. Please follow the instructions on your packing slip and returns form to return your NL crypto stamp. Please note: returns will only be accepted in unopened and undamaged packaging.
There are no collectibles of the NL crypto stamp 2 or NL crypto stamp safe for sale.
You can buy the crypto stamp onchain via the Austrian website. Where you normally order the physical stamp first, in that case you buy the digital twin first. You pay for your purchase with cryptocurrency, after which your NL crypto stamp will be placed in your own wallet. You can then request the corresponding physical stamp for a maximum of 5 years.
Request a physical NL crypto stamp
The on-chain sales is on the the Austrian website. You can request the physical NL crypto stamp via the 'Request shipment' button. Don't worry about your address details, they are submitted in an encrypted form via the blockchain. You will then receive the physical stamp by post.
Austrian crypto stamps are available online and on-chain through the Austrian website, at branches of Österreichische Post AG (except through Post Partner), at philatelic shops and sales outlets of Österreichische Post AG and at the collectors' service of Östereichische Post AG.
