Questions about postage costs
You pay postage costs when insufficient postage has been paid for sending a letter, mailbox package, or a package. If the sender is known to us, we send them a message. Below, you can read how to find out which mail item or package it concerns, why you receive a payment reminder, and how we calculate the costs.
