Due to a strike at our partner Canada Post since November 15th, deliveries have been suspended until the end of the strike. Starting Wednesday, November 27th, all mail and parcels destined for Canada Post cannot be handed over to our partner and will therefore be kept at our PostNL depots. These items will be handed over as soon as the strike ends.

Update: the strike at Canada Post has ended and operations will slowly resume. However, delays are still expected in the delivery of mail and parcels in Canada until at least January 2025.

Due to storm Darragh in Ireland, delays are expected in the delivery of mail and parcels in Ireland.

Due to capacity issues to Chicago, United States, delays are expected in the delivery of mail and parcels in Chicago and surrounding areas.

Due to the current situation in Sudan, mail and parcels cannot be delivered everywhere in Sudan. Delivery is possible in the following areas: Port Sudan, Red Sea State, Kassala in the Kassala State, Shandi & Atbara in the River Nile State, Gadarif in the Gadarif State, Omdurman in the Khartoum State and Daba, Dongola, Wadi Halfa and Halfa in the Northern State.

Due to delays in transportation and IT issues in Iran, delays are expected in the delivery of mail and parcels and/or missing scan information.
