On which days does PostNL deliver?
Our delivery days vary depending on whether you are expecting mail or a parcel. See the days on which we deliver below.
Parcels
We deliver parcels from Monday to Saturday inclusive until 9:30 p.m. We usually deliver a parcel the day after we receive it from the sender. If you have chosen a different day to receive your parcel, it will obviously be delivered then.

Letters and cards
Standard mail like letters and cards are delivered from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive before 8:00 p.m. Mail sent before the letterbox collection time is generally delivered on the next delivery day.

We deliver registered mail from Monday to Saturday inclusive.
We deliver funeral mail from Monday to Saturday inclusive. Funeral mail sent on weekdays before 4:30 p.m. is delivered the following day. You can have your funeral mail collected for free over the weekend. It will then be delivered on Monday.
We deliver medical mail from Monday to Saturday inclusive. If you send your medical mail over the weekend, it will be delivered on Monday if:
- the mail is sent by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the latest,
- the letterbox is emptied over the weekend.
Insured, express and payment service mail
We deliver insured, express and payment service mail from Monday to Friday inclusive. If you use the express service, you can choose:
- Delivery before 10:00 a.m. on the next delivery day
- Delivery before 12:00 p.m. on the next delivery day
