Did you miss the courier? Then your package will be delivered to the neighbours or a PostNL point. We will keep your parcel for one week at the PostNL point. After that we will return it to the sender.
You will find a track & trace code in your e-mail and in the PostNL app. With this code you can see where you can pick up your parcel or fill in the code in the track & trace tool above.
If you do not have a PostNL account, or if we have not recognized your e-mail address from the sender, the courier will still leave a note with a ‘niet-thuiscode’. With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package or fill in the code in the track & trace tool above.
A ‘niet-thuiscode’ always begins with the letters KG, followed by a number of digits. For example: KG123456
