Package or post returned to a foreign country

Are you returning a parcel for which you have not paid customs duties and/or VAT? This can be done in the same way you would normally send a parcel abroad. On 'Send something' you can already create a shipping label. You can then hand in the parcel at a PostNL point in your area.

Mail returned to a foreign country

Have you received mail that is not intended for you? Then you can return it to the sender as follows:
  • Put a cross through the address details with a pen.
  • Write on the envelope (or card) 'Return to sender'.
  • Put the mail in an orange letter box or give it to a PostNL point.
