Sometimes we miss you! If you are not at home, we will always follow your delivery preferences. If you have not set your preferences, we will deliver your parcel to your neighbour or a PostNL point. You can see where your parcel is using track & trace in the app or online.
Check your spam folder just in case. Otherwise, we might not have received your email address from the sender. Check with the sender of your parcel to be sure. You can always use track & trace for the latest updates about your parcel. You will get the track & trace code from the sender.
We usually deliver parcels within 2 days. Wait and check track & trace after 2 days. If you still do not have your parcel, contact the sender. They will help you further and arrange everything with us.
We all love surprises so it’s frustrating to miss out if you are not at home. If you are not home, we will leave a missed delivery slip in your letterbox so you know where to find your parcel. If the giver has passed on your email address to us, then we will email you to let you know where your parcel is.
If the sender has already given the surprise away, ask them for the track & trace code. You can then follow your parcel yourself, online or in the app. If we have delivered your parcel to a PostNL point, it will be kept for you for 7 days.
