You always need a shipping label to return parcels. Getting one depends on the webshop where you made your purchase. We explain the options and how they work below.

First create a shipping label with the business reply service online. This is free of charge! Then either print the label yourself, or get it printed at a PostNL point. Make sure your parcel is securely sealed and attach the label to your parcel. Ensure that no other labels are visible.
Please send your return as a normal parcel. You can buy a shipping label online or at a PostNL point at the usual price for sending a parcel.

Please note: Are you sending your return to a business reply number? These parcels are not always easy to track, as they are delivered in bulk. This means they don’t receive an individual delivery scan. Want to be sure your return has arrived? Check with the company you ordered from.
