If you missed the delivery and have not received a missed delivery slip in your letterbox, don’t worry! From now on, we will inform you about your parcel digitally as much as possible.

How do we reach you digitally?

You need a PostNL account for us to reach you digitally. If you already have one, then make things even easier by downloading the app. Then you will always know where your parcel is.

Choose where we deliver your parcel

It is easy to set your delivery preferences for when you are not at home in your PostNL account or the app. Then we can deliver your parcels to your neighbours or a PostNL point as standard - whatever suits!

When do you still get a missed delivery slip?

If we do not have your email address, you will still get a note on your doormat if you are not in for the following types of post: 

  • Medical mail 
  • Presents or promotional gifts 
  • Universal postal service mail (official items)
