We usually deliver mail without track & trace the following day, from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, and in any case within 4 delivery days. Sometimes it may take longer, during busy periods or following a technical problem, for example. If you have not received your mail, check the FAQs or report your problem to our digital assistant Daan using the button below.
All mail is scanned during sorting. The night before delivery, we decide which mail will be delivered the next day. You can see this mail in the app but unexpected delays may still occur during a delivery round. Sometimes you can already see a photo in Mijn Post, although the mail is actually delivered sometime later.
How frustrating! Every week, we deliver millions of mail items, usually without a hitch. But sometimes things can go wrong, and mail gets lost. We cannot look into where your post is if it does not have track & trace because this is what allows us to follow your mail in the system. But you can still report it to our chatbot Daan. This way, you can help us improve deliveries in your area.
Are you the sender?
Please check that the address of the recipient is correct. Sometimes the address is incorrect or no longer exists. Check it quickly using the Address search tool.
Local mail like the neighbourhood newspaper undelivered?
Local mail like a neighbourhood newspaper or post from a local association will often be delivered by a local courier rather than us. If you are expecting local mail, please direct any questions to the sender.
