It's of course frustrating if your package or mail with track & trace isn't delivered on time. On this page, you'll find quick answers and solutions.
Usually, we deliver your package or mail with track & trace on the next delivery day (Monday through Saturday). In some cases, such as during busy periods or a technical malfunction, delays can occur. Often, delayed shipments still arrive within 2 days.
A shipment that is on the way from abroad and is sent to another country via the Netherlands, is called a gateway shipment. In this process we act as the link that forwards your package. That's annoying. This could be the issue:
Has your package been delivered to another location? And do you have a PostNL account? Then we will let you know via email or the app at which address the package has been delivered. Without an account, you can easily find this out via track & trace.

Note: a standard mailbox parcel does not have a track & trace code and is therefore sent as regular mail. When you select 'Mailbox Parcel+' at shipping, you will receive a track & trace code.
