In the coming days, high temperatures are expected in the Netherlands and Belgium. The safety and health of everyone who works with or for us always comes first. We use a heat plan linked to weather warnings from the KNMI/KMI (code yellow, orange, or red) and take extra measures when needed.
That’s why we may adjust our operations. As a result, your mail (including letterbox parcels) may take a bit longer to arrive. Medical and bereavement mail will still get priority.
We do not expect any impact on parcel delivery due to the warm weather.
At our locations, we provide extra drinking water, ice creams, and fans. We also encourage colleagues to adjust their working pace and take enough breaks. Feel free to offer a cold drink or an ice cream too. Together, we’ll keep our cool.
