Weather and delivery update
The snow and icy conditions are having a big impact on daily life across the Netherlands. There are also major regional differences. In some areas, roads are hard to navigate or temporarily impassable. This means we’re sometimes unable to deliver mail and parcels right now, so delivery may take longer. We’re doing everything we can to prevent this as much as possible. You’ll always find the latest information about your parcel in track & trace.

Funeral mail and medical mail will, as always, be delivered on a priority basis. We’re closely monitoring the weather forecast and the situation at all our locations. The safety of our deliverers always comes first.
