Incorrectly delivered mail

In this case, incorrect delivery can mean one of two things:

The item was delivered to the wrong address
The item was delivered to the correct address, but is addressed to a previous occupant

Depending on the situation, here’s what you can do:

Mail delivered to the wrong adress

Sorry about that! Please post the item in the nearest postbox and we will deliver it to the correct address as soon as possible.

Mail addressed to a previous occupant

You are kindly requested to return the item to sender:

Using a pen, cross out the address.
On the envelop or card, write “Return to sender”.
Post the item at the nearest service point or postbox
