Incorrectly delivered mail

In this case, incorrect delivery can mean one of two things:

  • The item was delivered to the wrong address
  • The item was delivered to the correct address, but is addressed to a previous occupant

Depending on the situation, here’s what you can do:

Sorry about that! Please post the item in the nearest postbox and we will deliver it to the correct address as soon as possible.

Mail addressed to a previous occupant

You are kindly requested to return the item to sender:

  • Using a pen, cross out the address.
  • On the envelop or card, write “Return to sender”.
  • Post the item at the nearest service point or postbox
