Sometimes you want to make sure your parcel arrives by a certain time. For example, when you have a deadline. Go to a PostNL location before 5 p.m. Choose if you want the parcel (within the Netherlands) delivered before 10 a.m. or noon on the next business day. Do you have an urgent parcel for delivery abroad? We can help you with that as well! Worldwide.
Send a priority parcel at any PostNL point. You cannot use stamps to send a priority parcel. Drop the parcel off at a PostNL point before 5 p.m. We make sure it gets delivered on the next business day before 10 a.m. or noon. Are you dropping off your parcel on Friday? Then we will deliver it on Monday. If you drop off your parcel on Saturday, it will be delivered on Tuesday.
If the recipient is not at home, the parcel can be collected from a PostNL point within 1 week. The parcel will not be delivered to a neighbour. We only hand over the parcel after it has been signed. By the addressee or an adult member of the household.
Drop off your parcel at a PostNL location. For a parcel outside the EU, complete and include a customs form. You can request a form from the employee at the PostNL location. The employee also indicates the expected delivery time.

You can send a priority parcel within the Netherlands from €24.80. The cost depends on the weight and size of the shipment.
