Usally the sender will provide a tracking code. In the case of an online purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which should include a tracking code or a direct tracking link.
If no tracking code is provided, you are advised to contact the sender.
Did you send the parcel?
When you drop off your parcel (or registered mail) at a service point, you will get a receipt (which doubles as proof of posting) with a tracking code.
If you purchase a shipping label from our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which also contains a tracking code.
